Letlhohonolo Known As Alkino, is a visionary South African entrepreneur, Architectural Designer, Civil Technologist, and Project management professional, known for his relentless drive to build better communities through innovation, excellence, and leadership.
Born on August 12, 1990, he has dedicated over a decade to shaping environments that inspire, empower, and uplift. Armed with a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Tshwane South College and an Advanced Project Management qualification from the University of South Africa (UNISA),
Letlhohonolo combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen. He is also a proud graduate of the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) through the prestigious Walmart Khulisanani Business Initiative in 2018. Fast foward he distinguished himself as the 2nd place top-performing graduate with a 93% pass rate aggregate in the 2023/24 Glencore Supplier Development Programme for the Generic Management National Certificate Course — an initiative hosted by GIBS, the University of Pretoria’s world-renowned business school.
Letlhohonolo’s professional journey spans the public and private sectors, having held critical roles such as Building Inspector, Project Coordinator, Civil Technician, and Site Agent, working with respected organizations including Rustenburg Local Municipality, SMEC Consulting Engineers, and Phatwe Consulting Engineers. His deep expertise encompasses infrastructure development, construction management, architectural design, and regulatory compliance.
As a SACAP-registered Architectural Designer, Letlhohonolo leads JL Creatives as Founder and Managing Director. Under his leadership, JL Creatives has earned a reputation for excellence in architectural design, building solutions, and project management, proudly servicing mining houses, local municipalities, estates, and residential communities across Rustenburg, North West, and Limpopo. He also serves as the Resident Architectural Designer for a prestigious estate, responsible for all architectural submissions and home improvement approvals.
